At 33, Ana Luna is one of the youngest leaders of a community development corporation in Massachusetts, as executive director of Arlington Community Trabajando (Working), in Lawrence.
In 1996, the Dominican immigrant was one of the founders of the nonprofit organization in her heavily Latino and poor neighborhood, Arlington, which last year had the highest rate of home foreclosures per person in the state.
