Neda's fiance tells Al Jazeera and BBC Persian TV about her life -- and her death at the hands of a basiji.

Neda's fiance, Caspian Makan, tells Al Jazeera what she was doing (watching, not protesting) before she died.  A Basiji (member of Iran's military) killed her, he says.

He implies the complicity of the Iranian government in her murder -- after all, he says, why hasn't the government started an investigation into her death?
