Las papas son de Perú, aqui otro rico plato de esta mística tierra : Papa a la Huancaína. Nuestra invitada especial Elita Alfonso que es la sobrina de Aurora de Waterbury que nos llamo y nos dijo que no se perdia a Suso todos los viernes, nos hace unas de sus recetas favoritas que comemos acompañados con un delicioso coctel de Pisco Sour! Salud!

Our especial guest Elita Alfonso is the niece of Aura of Waterbury one of our fans that called us and told us that she never misses Suso on fridays, makes one of her favorite recipes that we accompany with a delectable cocktail of Pisco Sour!
